Delivery methods
Stock
We know and understand that when a customer places an order online, they want to receive their equipment quickly. Therefore, we do everything possible to process and prepare your order as quickly as possible.
At Pyrene Bushcraft, we stock all items visible on the website. To check the stock status of an item:
- Add to cart: The product is available, you can add it to your cart and order.
- Out of stock: The product is being restocked and cannot be added to the cart.
You can enter your email address on the product page to be alerted when it is available. If you would like to know the restocking time, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Delivery times and shipping costs
We prepare and ship your orders from Monday to Friday (no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Orders placed before 11 AM are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 11 AM are shipped the next working day.
Shipments to France
We offer two delivery methods:
Colissimo Flexibilité - Delivery in 48h*
Choice of delivery:
- To your home
- To your post office
- To a pick-up point (Colissimo network merchant)
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday. Parcels have a tracking number and are delivered against signature.
Shipping and packaging costs:
- €5.90 for delivery to a post office or pick-up point
- €7.90 for home delivery
Free shipping from €150 purchase with Colissimo Flexibilité delivery in France.**
Chronopost 13 - Express Delivery 24h*
Delivery to your home in mainland France only (excluding Corsica). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday - no Saturday delivery. Parcels have a tracking number and are delivered against signature.
Shipping and packaging costs: €19.90.
International shipments
Europe
Shipments are made via Colissimo Europe. Delivery time generally varies between 3 to 5 working days* after dispatch. Please note that it may take longer if you live in a remote area (up to 10 working days). Parcels have a tracking number and are delivered against signature.
Overseas Territories
Following Colissimo OM's consideration of volumetric weight for the calculation of shipping costs, we have removed all Overseas Territories from our delivery zones, as prices can become very high for a light but bulky product.
We still ship to Overseas Territories, but we process these orders only by email. Shipping costs are calculated at actual cost and payment is made by bank transfer. Thank you for your understanding.

* Delivery times are indicative. From experience, Colissimo and Chronopost are very reliable, but in no case can these deadlines be guaranteed. Be prepared during holiday periods, as carrier delays may increase depending on destinations. Please take this into account.
** Offer not valid for orders with payment by administrative mandate / Chorus Pro. In this case, shipping costs are charged at actual cost.
Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number is sent to you as soon as your parcel departs.
