Returns and Warranty

Please contact us before returning any product, regardless of the reason. We will inform you of the procedure to follow and the address to which you should send the item. Returned products must be delivered to our office: we do not accept returns to relay points.

Any return must be accompanied by a copy of the corresponding purchase order (or delivery note), as well as an explanatory letter in the case of defective equipment. This will allow us to manage your after-sales service more efficiently and quickly. Thank you for your understanding.

New Items

You may return any new item that does not suit you within 14 days of the date of receipt of your package.

The item must be intact, in its original packaging, with labels, and not have been used.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it will not be taken back, exchanged, or refunded by Pyrene Bushcraft.

The shipping costs for returning the item to Pyrene Bushcraft are the responsibility of the customer.

You can request:

• an exchange,
• a credit note,
• or a refund.

In the case of an exchange or a credit note, transportation costs are shared: you pay to return the item and we send you the new item at our expense.

In the case of a refund, please note that only the merchandise will be refunded: shipping costs will not be taken into account. Pyrene Bushcraft undertakes to process the refund within 14 days from your email withdrawal request. This period may be postponed until the goods are recovered.

Used Items

For used items, items are sold under the manufacturer's warranty only.

They are guaranteed against any defect in material or manufacture. Excluded from this warranty are:

• normal wear and tear from use,
• improper use,
• damage such as a fall or impact.

Defective equipment will be examined by Pyrene Bushcraft. If the equipment is covered by the warranty, Pyrene Bushcraft will immediately replace it with the same item (or an item of equal value in agreement with the buyer if the item is no longer available).

In case of dispute, the equipment must be returned to the manufacturer for expert appraisal.

In all cases, we will do our best to shorten the processing time for your after-sales service.

Return Costs

• Simple return (withdrawal): the costs for returning the item to us are borne by the customer.
• Defective item under warranty: any material replaced under warranty will be returned to you free of charge. Only the costs to send it to us are at your expense.
• Our error or new defective product: transportation costs are fully at our expense. We will send you a return label.
