Purpose and Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all contractual relations between the company Pyrene Bushcraft and any buyer, whether professional or consumer, making a purchase on the website pyrene-bushcraft.com. Acceptance of these conditions is acquired upon validation of the order. The seller reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time; the applicable conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
Product Characteristics
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website, within the limits of available stock. Descriptions and technical specifications are written with the greatest care. The photographs illustrating the products are not contractual and cannot engage the seller's responsibility, particularly concerning colors.
Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC) at the current VAT rate. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the applicable price is that displayed on the website at the time of order validation. Prices do not include processing, shipping, and delivery fees, which are indicated before the final validation of the order.
Orders
To place an order, the buyer must:
- Create an account or fill in their complete contact details
- Select the desired products and add them to the cart
- Check the order summary
- Choose the delivery method
- Make payment according to the proposed methods
- Confirm the order
Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. A summary confirmation email is sent to the buyer and serves as proof of the transaction.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the non-professional buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties (with the exception of return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the buyer).
Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging. Any return not complying with these conditions cannot be accepted.
Reimbursement is made within 14 days following receipt of the withdrawal request by email to franck@pyrene-bushcraft.com. This period may be extended until the effective recovery of the products.
Important: products must be returned to the company's headquarters. Returns via a relay point are not accepted.
Payment Methods
Payment is due upon order. Accepted payment methods are:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) - secure transactions via the Shopify Payments platform, using SSL encryption
- Bank transfer - any bank transfer fees are borne by the customer
If an item becomes unavailable after the order, the customer is informed by email and can choose to cancel or modify their order. A VAT-inclusive invoice is available for each order.
Deliveries
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the buyer during the order, within the agreed geographical area. Upon receipt, the buyer must check the condition of the packaging and immediately report any anomalies on the delivery note. Any damage must be reported to Pyrene Bushcraft within one week; after this period, no claim can be taken into account.
The main carrier is Colissimo. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent on the day of shipment. La Poste commits to an indicative delivery time of 48 hours, although delays may occur.
In case of significant delay, contact us by email so that we can open an investigation with the carrier (investigation period: up to 15 days). If the package is found, it is re-shipped at no additional cost. If the package is not found at the end of the investigation, it is considered lost and we proceed with a full refund of the order, including shipping costs.
Warranty
All items benefit from the manufacturer's warranty (1 year) against defects in material or manufacturing. Excluded from the warranty are: normal wear and tear, modifications made by the buyer, inappropriate use, as well as damages resulting from drops or impacts.
Pyrene Bushcraft examines the defective equipment. If the defect is covered by the warranty, the item is immediately replaced by an identical item or one of equivalent value, shipped free of charge. Disputed items may be returned to the manufacturer for further expert appraisal. Only the initial shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibility
The seller is bound only by an obligation of means. Its responsibility cannot be engaged for damages resulting from the use of the internet, particularly in case of data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption or any other involuntary problem.
Intellectual Property
All elements of the pyrene-bushcraft.com website (texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, icons, software) are the exclusive intellectual property of Pyrene Bushcraft or its partners. Any reproduction, exploitation, redistribution or use, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization.
Personal Data Protection
The information collected during the order is necessary for its processing and for managing the commercial relationship. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data.

Archiving and Proof
Orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy, in accordance with article 1348 of the Civil Code. Computerized records kept in Pyrene Bushcraft's systems constitute proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
Dispute Resolution
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the consumer can resort to the consumer mediation service free of charge. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent court of Pyrene Bushcraft's registered office.
