Secure payment

You can pay for your Pyrene Bushcraft order by credit or debit card, PayPal, 3 instalments with Klarna or bank transfer. You choose your payment method after confirming the contents of your basket, at the checkout stage.

Credit and debit cards

We accept the following cards:

• Carte Bleue
• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Fast checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments, the payment solution built into our e-commerce platform. Payment takes place on a fully secure interface certified PCI-DSS Level 1 (the highest level of certification in the card payment industry).

PayPal

You can also pay for your order via PayPal, with or without a PayPal account depending on the options available in your country.

PayPal lets you shop without giving your bank details directly to the merchant, while benefiting from the platform's own security and protection mechanisms.

Pay in 3 with Klarna

On some orders you can choose to pay in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna.

This lets you spread your payment over several instalments while receiving your order within the usual timeframe. Acceptance and eligibility conditions are set directly by Klarna during the payment process.

Confidentiality of your bank details

At no point do we have access to your card number or to any other confidential information attached to it. Bank details never travel unencrypted over the internet: they are encrypted using SSL/TLS and 3D Secure (strong authentication by your bank to approve the purchase).

We never store your bank details on our servers. Your information is sent directly and encrypted to the Shopify Payments servers.

Bank transfer

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer. You will receive our bank details with your order confirmation email, so that you can set up the transfer.

Please note that:

• For payments by bank transfer, we reserve the goods for 7 days. After that, if the transfer has not been received, your order will be cancelled and the items returned to stock.
• Any charges related to the transfer (your bank's and our bank's fees) are entirely at your expense.
• Your order is dispatched on the day the transfer actually reaches our account (excluding bank holidays and weekends). We will let you know by email.

Our security commitment

The whole of our pyrene-bushcraft.com site is protected by an SSL certificate: all communication between your browser and our site is encrypted end to end. Your personal and payment data are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
