Every Frost River bag is made from traditional materials (waxed cotton, leather and brass).
Largely inspired by the canoe packs used by 19th-century adventurers and explorers in North America, Frost River bags are built for adventure, for hard environments.
All the bags are handmade in Frost River's workshops in Minnesota, in the United States.
The story of the Shell Bag goes back about a century; this bag was made for carrying cartridges.
These days the Shell Bag Small will have different uses depending on its owner: an everyday bag for carrying your papers, your phone... a "field bag" for the woodsman, to fill with whatever you gather in the forest, a small satchel for fishing...
