They are made from UHC (Ultra High Carbon) steel with a high carbon content (1.5 to 2%). A steel made by Roselli whose composition remains secret.
It took Heimo Roselli years of research to develop this new steel.
The result is striking: exceptional cutting power and an edge that lasts twice as long as ordinary carbon steel.
