Description
Zebra Billy Cans are the benchmark cook pots in bushcraft.
Popular the world over, they delight anyone who loves cooking over a wood fire and are used by many survival / bushcraft schools.
Made from stainless steel, the Billy Cans owe their reputation to their great strength, their practicality, their versatility and their light weight.
Zebra Billy Cans have a bail handle that lets you hang them over a fire, a lid, and a bowl that nests inside while staying held at the top. That bowl is really meant for steaming, but it can also serve as a small dish once cooking is done. The lid fits the small bowl too.
On either side of the handle, two small plastic clips let you hold the lid firmly shut. Those two clips can be removed - essential when you cook over a fire.
For our part we prefer to remove them for good, because they are of no use outdoors.
The Zebra Billy Can 16 cm (internal diameter) holds 3 L.
The small bowl holds 0.8 L.
