The BeaverCraft Compact Wood Carving Adze AX2 is a small axe whose curved edge sits at right angles to the handle.
An adze is used for debarking, flattening and hollowing out. Very handy in joinery, carpentry and carving.
The head is 1066 carbon steel - hardness 56-58 HRC. As-forged finish.Convex bevel on the outside, flat on the inside. Sharpened and polished, ready to use
Supplied with a leather sheath and a belt loop.
