Thermo Tarp 3x3 - Olive

The Bushmen Thermo Tarp 3x3 Olive is an innovative and versatile tarp.

The Thermo Tarp is made from ripstop polyester. The fabric is light, packable, waterproof and breathable.

The inner face has an aluminised coating for extra warmth.
That silver coating reflects body heat beautifully and will add a little warmth on cold nights. The more enclosed the shelter, the more you feel the effect.
On hot days, turning the aluminised face towards the sun means the tarp reflects sunlight and lowers the temperature under the sheet considerably.
This insulating layer also protects against UV!
Laboratory tests confirm the highest possible UV protection factor: UPF 50+.

Sixteen attachment points around the edge and three in the centre give plenty of pitching options.
At 3 x 3 m, this tarp is comfortable for two to three people.

A hallmark of Bushmen tarps: a reinforcing tape runs across the centre of the sheet. It not only strengthens the structure but also lets you use it as a ridge for an A-frame pitch.

If you could not use it as a tarp, you can always roll yourself up in it and use the Thermo Tarp as a bivy bag or a survival blanket. The fabric insulates and breathes!
