Trapper Firesteel Set

The Bushmen Trapper Firesteel Set is an innovative, capable fire-starting kit. Everything you need to light a fire in any conditions.
Perfect for bushcraft enthusiasts or for an EDC.

The kit contains seven items:

- A telescopic pocket bellows made of five sections. Like a light, compact fire blower, it increases the force of your breath by the venturi effect and directs it exactly where you want. Very effective for lighting or reviving a fire. It measures 15.5 cm closed and up to 60 cm extended.

- A small ferro rod (ferrocerium rod) able to throw an intense shower of sparks to start a fire in any weather. The anodised aluminium handle of the ferro rod has a small compartment to store your tinder and keep it dry.
Finally, the ferro rod screws into the bellows for compact, practical carrying.

- A serrated steel striker for better spark production. This striker also has an 8 mm spanner, which doubles as a bottle opener, and a rule graduated from 0 to 5 cm.

- A paracord lanyard.

- A small carabiner for attaching the Trapper Firesteel Set easily.

- A small piece of tinder to cut up and store in the compartment in the firesteel handle.

- A storage pouch with room for extra items: fatwood sticks, a candle, waxed jute cord...
The Bushmen Trapper Set is perfect for an EDC or for getting started; you have everything you need to get a fire going properly. Seasoned hands will add or remove items to build their perfect kit.
