With its very small diameter, the Mineral B Steel Blini Pan is perfect for cooking blinis, fritters and pancakes.
You can easily picture yourself beside the fire, John Wayne style, making delicious pancakes.

Brand new, the blini pan is coated in beeswax, which gives it natural temporary protection against oxidation and helps seasoning (needed before first use).
It does not stick; preheat it with a little fat and it will season itself over the course of use (natural non-stick).

The Mineral B Steel Blini Pan is made from thick sheet steel and will not warp.
Its handle is riveted and sits well in the hand.

Care: deglaze, rinse in hot water, wipe and oil lightly. Store somewhere dry.
Do not use detergents and do not put it in the dishwasher.
