Description
The Esker Folding Wooden Bucksaw is a very handsome folding wooden saw made in Canada.
A take-apart bow saw like your grandfather's.
Nothing new, just the wish to carry on a tradition, that of the woodsmen who, back then, needed a simple saw and a little elbow grease.
Some carried only a blade, a length of cord and a knife. The saw was then made on the spot from a few pieces of wood.
Esker has chosen traditional woods: solid walnut and birdseye maple. Both sourced in Ontario.
Nylon cord.
Versatile Bahco 24'' (61 cm) blade.
Ergonomic handle; it feels very good in the hand (the shape and the smoothness of the wood).
Quick and simple to assemble and take apart.
Once taken apart its small packed size makes it easy to carry.
