Georgette Adventure - Polished Stainless Steel

Georgette is from the Ariege and her inventor, Jean-Louis Orengo, had the idea for this hybrid piece of cutlery during an expedition in the Canadian far north. Jean-Louis is above all an adventurer, trapper and ichnologist (a specialist in tracks). He has travelled the world for some twenty years in search of prints.
Keen to carry as little kit as possible, Jean-Louis began to imagine a piece of cutlery combining fork and spoon. Drawing on the shapes of animal paws, he began sketching it and making his first resin prototypes using print-casting techniques.

The result is genuinely pleasant to use.
The Georgette Aventure, as its name suggests, is the roving version of the Georgette.
Smaller and lighter, it has four tines for spearing food and a hollow for the spoon part. Both edges of the spoon are thinned so you can separate tender food easily.
The Georgette "Aventure" also has a small bowl in the handle that works as a teaspoon, and a hole for hanging it up.

Inspired by the shapes of animal paws, the Georgette Aventure is an extension of the hand. You should have no trouble taking to it!

The Georgette Aventure is made entirely from 18/0 stainless steel, fully recyclable.
Polished stainless steel version.

Designed for right-handers; left-handers get on well enough with the shape of the handle and the spoon.

For hiking or travelling, it is a good compromise in weight (35 g) and bulk.
