Knife #4 Survival Carbon
Carbon fixed survival blade, forged in Canada. Designed for extreme conditions in the Far North.
Description
The Grohmann #4 Survival Knife Carbon is produced in the Grohmann workshops in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Drawn and designed by D. H. Russell, the Grohmann Canadian Belt Knives quickly became a benchmark among hunters and trappers in the far north. Faced with very strong demand, D. H. Russell turned to Rudolf Grohmann, an experienced Czechoslovak cutler. That is how the Grohmann family came to settle in Canada and found Grohmann Knives, and they have produced every Canadian Belt Knife designed by D. H. Russell from the very beginning.
The Grohmann #4 Survival Knife Carbon was built on the #1 Original Design Carbon. A more generous version, highly valued by big game hunters and by anyone who likes a large knife for trips into the woods.
Its size, shape and momentum make it very effective for cutting small branches, rather like a billhook or a hatchet.
The #4 Survival Knife Carbon is very well balanced in the hand and the grip is very secure. There is also a lanyard hole at the end of the handle.
Every knife comes with a leather sheath for belt carry.
Grohmann knives are hand made and guaranteed for life!
