Heavy Duty Knife MG Carbon
Robust carbon fixed blade, Scandinavian grind. Reliable for bushcraft and forestry work.
Description
The story of Mora knives began over 100 years ago in the village of Ostnor in Sweden, not far from Mora, a town known for the quality of its blades. Erik Frost, a cutler and blacksmith, founded his company and his "Mora" knives were quickly adopted and valued by the Swedes, then abroad.
Blades with a faultless edge and impressive toughness are behind that success.
New to the Adventure range, the Mora Heavy Duty MG Carbon should please quite a few people! This model has a thicker blade than the others (3.2 mm). The quality of the steel and the edge are there, as always with Mora. The handle feels very good and the grip is secure thanks to a non-slip plastic.
A tougher version of the Companion MG Carbon (which is already very sturdy...)
A good utility knife, perfect for outdoor use.
The blade has a scandi grind along its whole length and the tang runs three quarters of the way into the handle. A knife for cutting and batoning without worry.
The Mora Heavy Duty F Carbon comes in an olive green plastic sheath with a sturdy clip for belt carry.
