Hubba Hubba LT 1 Tent

The MSR Hubba Hubba LT 1 Person is a new variant of the well-known Hubba NX 1. It breathes better and is roomier.

It breathes better thanks to a greater area of fine mesh on the inner tent. That gives excellent ventilation, reduces condensation and lets you look up at the stars on a clear night (by folding part of the flysheet back or removing it completely).

Roomier, with a rectangular floor area (224 x 81 cm) that lets you sleep on a large rectangular mat.

It offers an excellent balance of weight, comfort and liveable space. It suits summer use or hot countries better.

It pitches quickly thanks to its single pole system, and its freestanding structure means you can pitch it anywhere, even on hard ground. An undeniable advantage for bike touring and bikepacking, where you can quickly find yourself in a built-up area and have to pitch under a porch, a shelter or on a car park...

You get comfortable sleeping thanks to a well-used interior (224 x 81 cm floor and 99 cm high) and a large porch for storing your gear.
The door has a built-in rain gutter (StayDry) and the flysheet adjusts to manage ventilation.

Storage pockets on the walls and the ceiling, as well as a washing line for drying wet things.

You can pitch the inner tent on its own, a welcome option in hot weather and heavy mosquito country :)
Or in Fast & Light mode, you pitch only the flysheet to make a minimalist shelter, rather like a tarp but with the ability to close it all up.

If you are after a light, well-ventilated walking tent with enough room for a wide mat, the Hubba Hubba LT 1 is a very good option.
