The Savotta Askare Hip Pack is perfect for carrying the essentials lightly and keeping them to hand.

Compact, tough and built for heavy use, the Askare Hip Pack is a modular pouch to wear on the belt or over the shoulder. It can also complement a backpack, or even act as an extra pocket once attached to one.

Made from Cordura 500D, it resists abrasion, damp and the wear of time.

With a volume of around 7 litres, the Askare Hip Pack offers one large zipped compartment.
Inside, on the front, you will find two flat pockets with an attachment point for a carabiner or cord above each one.
Plenty of elastic loops and a 35 x 10 cm Velcro strip.
In short, a wide choice of options for organising and stowing your small items.
Drainage eyelet in the base to let water or damp out.

Outside, you are equally well served. Here again you can use the many MOLLE straps to attach modular pouches or kit.

The back of the hip pack is padded with closed-cell foam for better comfort and better shape. The foam is removable.
A 40 mm belt (with a side-release buckle) is fixed to stabilising wings for comfortable carrying even on the move.
To attach the pouch to a pack, the belt can be stowed in the sleeve pocket that holds the foam.
