The Emergency Bivvy is a bivy bag made from the same material as the Emergency Blanket, but its sleeping-bag (rectangular) shape gives you better protection.

The heat-sealed seams guarantee total protection from rain and wind.
The Emergency Bivvy is sized for 1 person.

The aluminised surface (on the inside) reflects 90% of the heat your body gives off once you slip inside. The bivy bag shape holds that warmth in better.

There are many uses:
- a conventional bivy bag, to protect your sleeping bag from damp and increase its insulating power.
- a minimalist sleeping bag in mild temperatures
- an emergency bivy bag, to shelter from the elements and keep your body heat.

Supplied in a carry bag with an emergency whistle attached to the drawcord.
That drawcord can double as tinder to start a fire. Its core is impregnated so it catches from a flame or from the sparks of a ferro rod.
